god gives us birthright to be HAPPY....

I, _______________________, decide to be happy right now, despite the weather, the world, or what happens to me. I absolutely know it is my God-given birthright to be happy. And as the light of God that I am, I reclaim happiness and happiness reclaims me. So be this. ...

GODBLESS yah all...
see everything with happy disposition, keep in mind that we have our lord with us:
Psalm 91
1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. [a]
2 I will say [
b] of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."
3 Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence.
4
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.
9 If you make the Most High your dwelling— even the LORD, who is my refuge-
10 then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14 "
Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation."

Make it a REALITY...time will come we can be together and will have a good life together....

I WAS THINKING ON HOW WILL I MAKE ALL IN MY MIND IN REALITY. I WAS THINKING ON HOW WILL I MAKE ALL MY PLANS FOR MY FAMILY REAL. IT WAS HARD FOR ME BECAUSE I'M THE ELDEST.EVEN IF MY MOM IS NOT PUSHING ME TO GIVE ANYTHING IT WAS LIKE FEELING THAT I NEED TO...IT'S BECAUSE I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. EVER SINCE I'M A KID I ALWAYS HAVE LOT OF DESIRE THAT SOMEDAY I CAN GIVE A GOOD LIFE TO MY FAMILY. I KNOW THAT TO MAKE THOSE DESIRE REAL I SHOULD HAVE THE VERY STRONG DISPOSITION AND WILL. I KNOW THAT IT WILL TAKE A LOT OF COURAGE, PERSEVERANCE AND SACRIFICE TO REACH THE POINT THAT I WANT TO REACH. PRAYERS ULTIMATE SOURCE OF ENERGY AND THE BEST FAMILY I HAVE WHICH KEEPS ME FEEL THE RUSHING BLOOD TO MAKE ALL OF THIS POSSIBLE AND REAL.

Setting aside the fact that these are dreams and not reality; close your eyes for a moment and imagine yourself living those dreams."my mom, me and my siblings are living together at San Francisco Granada Hills California with our grandmother, aunt and cousins. I, joan, nonoy are all registered nurses at california and dani was handling our filipino restaurant business and sol managing the FASHIONISTA botique we have. Having the best/happy home near the place of my auntie voleth. Bondings with cousins and grandmother every sunday after mass. I know in God's perfect time this will be real. :)
Imagine how you would feel being free from the limitations that have held you back from pursuing those dreams. Imagine how these dreams would change your life. How these dreams can create a positive difference for you , and your loved ones. And the beautiful experiences that would come from these dreams being born, nurtured, and fulfilled.
The only thing that holds you back from living your dreams, are the limitations that you allow your mind to create. Perhaps it is fear, anxiety, etc. These are only illusions in your mind. Your life is driven by your thoughts. As you think positively, you act positively. And as you think negatively, you act negatively. Tell yourself that you are no longer going to allow these negative thoughts to drive you in life. Think your way into positive living. Practice every day being the person that you want to be, and fulfill the dreams you hold dear. The more you practice thinking positively, the more you will find you are working toward making those dreams become real, lasting, and valuable part of your life.

As you have imagined what it would be like to have these dreams come true, you are already on your way to making them come true. Just simply by having those few positive thoughts, you have made one step forward. Follow through with the next step, and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Soon you will find that your dreams become closer and closer as you take each step.
Soon you will find that your dreams, are a part of your daily life, and no longer something that you wish for. You will feel more alive than you have ever felt. Because you are finally the person who you were meant to be all along.

"What I care about is sustainable happiness, which comes from having purpose and meaning in life."

Exercise 1: Take responsibility for your own happiness.
No one is going to make you happy. You have to do it for yourself. You have to choose to let things go and to choose to find neutral ground. If you're just sitting there thinking about all of your problems, you won't be happy. Problems don't lead to happiness, believe it or not.

Exercise 2: Express gratitude for what you have.
Write down five or ten things that you are really grateful for every day. We always have things to be grateful for - our arms, our legs, our eyes, our teeth, the air that we breathe, our family, our friends, the house that we live in. The list goes on and on, so I don't want to hear any excuses.

Exercise 3: Practice random acts of kindness.
Practice five random acts of kindness a day. It can be something as simple as telling your coworker, "That outfit looks good on you." People just want to smile, they just want us to be good to them. There's actually a random acts of kindness foundation where you can learn different types of things you can do daily. If you do this every day for a month, I'm telling you your life is going to change. Mine did.

Exercise 4: Smile.
There is one crucial element to happiness, and you cannot achieve happiness without this element. If you take the corners of your mouth and you put them toward your cheek bones, are you happier? Our smile is the best happiness tool we have because it's a way to make other people happy without saying a word. When in doubt, just smile.

Because I explored the secrets behind holding onto happiness, I now have better health, better relationships and more success than I ever did before.

Tips for Finding More Meaning in Life

1. Strength

“I read somewhere… how important it is in life not necessarily to be strong… but to feel strong.” –McCandless

Try perceiving strength as tenacity rather strength as ability. One always needs something to believe in, something to fight for, something to work towards. All too often we give up on a dream, which Carolyn Myss calls an “energy abortion.” Myss goes so far to say that if you give up on a dream, it can adversely affect your health. Tenacity pumps fresh blood through the veins of the soul. If you want to be more excited to roll out of bed in the morning, challenge yourself to accomplish something and keep going for it. “Luck is tenacity of purpose.” (Elbert Hubbard)

2. Truth

“Rather than love, than money, than fame… give me truth.” -Henry David Thoreau

An important question to ask yourself: Is your happiness portable? Can you let go of your “things” and still be content; or do you depend on certain accoutrements before you can muster a smile? McCandless was out to prove that the more he could relinquish, the happier he’d be. Every step toward simplicity is a step toward truth. It doesn’t have to mean moving to Alaska, but should you wish for a more truthful life, you might try cleaning out the closet… whether it’s a closet of trinkets, emotions, or grievances. “Simplicity is the nature of great souls.” (Papa Ramadas)

3. Adventure

To always have a such a handle on things is so routine. The unknown in life is what makes it an adventure. “In reality, nothing is more dangerous to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.” (McCandless)

better in time.....

It's been the longest winter without you
I didn't know where to turn to
See somehow I can't forget you
After all that we've been through

Going coming thought I heard a knock
Who's there no one
Thinking that I deserve it
Now I realize that I really didn't know
If you didn't notice you mean everything
Quickly I'm learning to love again
All I know is I'ma be ok

[Chorus:]
Thought I couldn't live without you
It's gonna hurt when it heals too
It'll all get better in time
And even though I really love you
I'm gonna smile cause I deserve to
It'll all get better in time

I couldn't turn on the TV
Without something there to remind me
Was it all that easy
To just put aside your feelings

If I'm dreaming don't wanna laugh
Hurt my feelings but that's the path
I believe in
And I know that time will heal it
If you didn't notice boy you meant everything
Quickly I'm learning to love again
All I know is I'ma be ok

[Chorus:]
Thought I couldn't live without you
It's gonna hurt when it heals too
It'll all get better in time
And even though I really love you
I'm gonna smile cause I deserve to
It'll all get better in time

Since there's no more you and me
It's time I let you go
So I can be free
And live my life how it should be
No matter how hard it is I'll be fine without you
Yes I will

[Chorus: x2]
Thought I couldn't live without you
It's gonna hurt when it heals too
It'll all get better in time
And even though I really love you
I'm gonna smile cause I deserve to
It'll all get better in time

When You're Bummed

Exercising releases a fair amount of endorphins that can pull you out of a funk, but depression and mental exhaustion are the hardest moods to overcome—in terms of getting to the gym in the first place. "You feel less interested in everything, which can make blowing off exercise that much easier to do," says Huff.

Schedule just 15 minutes. Mentally preparing yourself to do only 15 minutes can help you through long workouts. "It takes at least that long for the endorphins to do their job," says Huff. "After 15 minutes, you'll likely feel better and go ahead and do the full workout—but you'll have the freedom to go and stretch if you want."

Don't rest. "In one sense, more rest only gives your mind even more time to dwell on whatever's upsetting you," says Butryn. Instead, lighten the amount of weight you typically lift and switch to higher reps with less time between sets—30 seconds, maximum. "Speeding up your weight workout will still give your muscles a workout, while creating enough of a distraction for your mind," Butryn says.
